Welcome to Volts Auto Sales. By visiting or purchasing a vehicle from our dealership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Vehicle Information

All vehicles are sold as-is unless otherwise stated in writing. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding each vehicle’s condition, features, and history. However, it is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the vehicle and verify all information before purchase.

2. Pricing

Vehicle prices are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing, errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or listing mistakes.

3. Taxes & Fees

We do not charge any dealer fees. Buyers are responsible for paying applicable state sales tax, title, registration, and tag fees as required by law.

4. Payments

We accept payments by cash, certified checks, and approved bank or credit union financing. All funds must clear before vehicle delivery.

5. Temporary Plates

We provide a 30-day temporary tag with each vehicle purchase (when applicable) to allow you time to register the vehicle with your DMV.

6. Test Drives

Test drives are available by request. A valid driver’s license is required.

7. No Financing

At this time, we do not offer in-house financing. However, we accept outside financing from banks and credit unions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Volts Auto Sales is not responsible for any mechanical issues that arise after the sale unless otherwise guaranteed in writing. All sales are considered final.
